By road:
From the M20/A20 (including the Channel Tunnel and Port of Dover)
Follow the A20 along Dover sea front to the roundabout at ferry port entrance. Take the second exit (A2 Canterbury), then at the roundabout at the top of the hill take the third exit (A258 Deal). When you pass through Ringwould just after the 5 Bells Pub turn right for Kingsdown (sign "Holiday Village"). As you enter Kingsdown turn sharp left down "The Rise" until you reach the junction with "Upper Street". Turn left and take the first right into an entrance with a tourist sign opposite. Follow the road round (10 mph max) and drive up the hill into the main car park. There is a map at the holiday park entrance to locate our chalets - cars are not allowed in the holiday park so grab a luggage trolley.

By rail:
There are railway stations at Dover, Walmer and Deal all connecting with London. There are some high speed services available from London St. Pancras, Ebbsfleet and Ashford International. Bicycles can normally be carried with the permission of the train guard.
By bus:
National Express coaches operate a frequent service to Dover. There is a bus service from Deal to Kingsdown.
By air:
Heathrow and Gatwick both provide bus/train services into London and various car hire services.
By Sea:
P&O, DFDS and Irish ferries link from Dover port to Calais and Dunkerque on a regular basis.

Terms and Conditions:
- PEACEFUL ENJOYMENT = you agree that you will not disturb the peaceful enjoyment of other holiday makers
- DEPOSIT IF BOOKING DIRECT = 20% (£100 minimum)
- BALANCE IF BOOKING DIRECT = Payable 6 weeks before the arrival date.
- ELECTRICITY = Coin meter (£1 or £2 coins) charged at cost
- OCCUPANCY = 6 persons maximum including up to 5 children (under 18) and 1 infant (under 2)
- ENTRY = Key safe code or meet on arrival.
- MINIMUM BOOKING = 3 nights
- CANCELLATION IF BOOKING DIRECT = Payments can only be refunded if relet (cancellation insurance recommended)
- SMOKING = Strictly no smoking or vaping inside the chalets
- PETS = No pets allowed on the park except registered assistance dogs
- CLEANING = Please leave the chalet as you would expect to find it and pay for/replace any breakages
- PARK FACILITIES = Please note that we cannot be held responsible for the closure of park facilities as this is beyond our control

- SWIMMING POOL = Open every day at 10.00am (please bring your own swimming/beach towels)
- TENNIS COURT = Bring own equipment (4 rackets should be in Chalet)
- TABLE TENNIS = Bring own equipment
- VOLLEY BALL = Bring your own ball
- MINI GOLF = Reception hire clubs and golf ball
